New Pokémon to be revealed on February 27th
We’ll also have events in Pokémon Sword and Shield and Pokémon GO, and news on Pokémon Masters on the day.
The official Japanese Pokémon website and Twitter account has announced that the name and appearance of a brand new mythical Pokémon will be revealed on the 27th of February, also known as Pokémon Day (the anniversary of the franchise).

- There will be a special Max Raid battle in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
- Pokémon GO will have an in-game event on the day.
- Pokémon Masters will have new information released.
