#FeatureFriday: Dunsparce and Dudunsparce Fanworks
Dun dun Dudunsparce! Here’s some fan works by members of the PokéCommunity to enjoy.
In this return of #FeatureFriday, we’re highlighting fanworks of Dunsparce and Dudunsparce! The lovable generation two Pokémon finally got an evolution in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. We have both fanart and a pair of drabbles (100 word-long stories) on showcase.
Dunsparce
Call me maybe
The travelling Trainer sighed. His mum had taught him it was rude not to answer his phone. He was reconsidering this advice every minute – it was ringing every minute now.
“A friend just told me this. He saw a lot of DUNSPARCE in DARK CAVE.”
He winced. Why did he have to shout Dunsparce, or the cave?
“Yeah, you said-”
“COOL GUY, you ought to go look.”
“Yeah, maybe, could you-”
“They might be having a rave! Hey, that rhymes!” A pause followed. “I… hope you feel brave! Dunsparce don’t always behave! And… make sure… you shave?”
“Stop calling me!”
Dudunsparce
Elongated danger
The police found him cackling. Even when placed in a straitjacket he shook every so often. Each officer stood on edge.
He had gone too far, of course.
Scientists were banned from researching Dudunsparce. Usually they had an extra body segment to Dunsparce, but rarely it would have three.
Mewtwo had been bad enough. But every so often a madman would try adding more segments, extending its superior body. Dududdudunsparce? Why not add a few more?
And if they ever got into the wild, well… you might as well move regions. Lake of Rage was nothing compared to that scenario.
