The mobile Pokémon game, Pokémon Duel, is having a first-year English release anniversary on January 24th! To celebrate the anniversary, we’re getting a massive update to the game, as well as gifts for the players!

If you log in before 03:59 UTC on January 31st, you will be able to receive a Deoxys-Normal Forme figure! You’ll also receive free Monthly Loyalty Rewards during the event, as well as a chance to buy Gems at a 80% discount.

The new update introduces Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y, who each hold very powerful abilities that can boost the power of your deck. They both have a new attack called Laser Focus, an attack that makes sure that the opposing Pokémon’s Purple Attacks miss on the next turn. The update also includes Nihilego, the first Ultra Beast to be included in the game!
