While owners of the Wii U version of Pokkén Tournament wait to be able to use Darkrai and Scizor, yet another new character will be soon announced for the arcade version. On the 1st of November, 2016, a NicoNico stream at 8 pm JST will air to reveal this new Pokémon.

Thanks to datamining of the Wii U version (courtesy of Reddit), we found out that Darkrai and Scizor were going likely to be fighters. Furthermore, data for Empoleon as a fighter was also there. This would indicate that Empoleon is the fighter that will be revealed.
