A serial code of MATSUBUSA has been announced today on the official Japanese Pokémon website. This code will grant you Mega Stones for Sceptile, Blaziken, Swampert, Banette and Camerupt for Pokémon Sun and Moon. This is the first time the Mega Stones for Banette and Camerupt are available in generation seven games. You can use the code via the Mystery Gift option from the main menu of the game.

Amusingly, the code initially did not work for copies of Pokémon Sun. This error has since been rectified.
