UPDATE: The event has started in America, Australia and Canada.

This month sees the mythical Pokémon Volcanion released from stores around the world! Volcanion has the National Dex number of 721. It is the final Pokémon to be released for the 6th generation games, joining Hoopa and Diancie. It has the exclusive signature move of Steam Eruption, a Water-type attack which can inflict a burn (akin to Scald, just stronger).

This is the first time Volcanion will be available outside of Japan. It was previous distributed as a pre-order bonus for the 19th Pokémon movie, Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna. (The movie is titled Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel in English). This event also coincides with the movie’s release in English. However, this time you simply need to visit a store to collect a Serial Code. You can use it in Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.

This Volcanion event is already available in some European countries and extends into November. It goes live in America, Australia and Canada on the 10th October until the end of the month. Check the table below to find out where you can get its Serial Code!
