Nintendo have announced that Pokémon Sun and Moon has passed 4 million sales in the US. In fact, it’s gone to 4.5 million sales, and that’s just in two months.

The games have done well for the Nintendo 3DS too. The last quarter has been the most profitable for software sales for the platform. 7.3 million sales means that about 61% of sales were of the new Pokémon games. Worldwide, Pokémon Sun and Moon has sold over 10 million copies.
