The Wii U and arcade title Pokkén Tournament is set to receive a new playable character to its roster, as reported by the official Twitter account for the game.

For those who cannot read Japanese, the new fighter will be revealed on the 14th of July via Japanese streaming site NicoNico. The character will be playable for the arcade version of the game on the 20th of July, but it’s reasonable to assume that the character will see an appearance on the Wii U version down the track as well. This new character will join Garchomp, Braixen and Shadow Mewtwo as additions to the arcade version (characters already in the Wii U version of the game).
